Bailey & Associates Real Estate Appraisers, LLC is a residential real estate appraisal office located in Kingsport, TN. It was founded by W. Henry Bailey in 1980. In 1983, Penny Shoemaker-Bailey became co-owner after her marriage to Henry and sole owner following his death in 2015. Under her leadership, Bailey & Associates is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Tennessee Appraiser Coalition, and the National Association of Realtors.
